Is this built for my trade?
If you send invoices and buy materials, yes. Electricians, plumbers, HVAC, handymen, landscapers, painters, remodelers, and every one person shop in between. It is built for the guy who runs the whole business and does his own books.
Do I have to talk to it?
No. Everything works by tapping, the same as any other app. The voice is there for when your hands are full or you are covered in something, which for most of us is most of the day.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Write invoices, snap receipts and log expenses in a basement with no bars. Everything saves on the phone and syncs itself the moment you are back in coverage.
What happens to my stuff if I quit?
You export everything and you keep it. Your books are yours. Cancel from iOS Settings whenever you like, no phone call and nobody trying to talk you out of it.
Will it do my taxes?
It gets you ready for them. Every deductible expense is tracked and categorized as you go, and at filing time you hand yourself or your accountant one clean report. It does not file for you, and it will not pretend to give you tax advice.
Is my customer list safe?
It is encrypted on your phone and in your own private account, and we never sell data to anyone. Read the privacy policy if you want the long version. It is written in plain English.
