Common questions
- I'm not receiving the email verification code. Check your spam folder. If it's not there after 5 minutes, email us and we'll resend manually.
- How do I cancel my Pro subscription? Go to Settings → Account → Manage Subscription. This deep-links to Apple's subscription management screen, where you can cancel any time. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
- How do I delete my account? Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data from our servers within 30 days.
- I want to restore a previous purchase on a new device. Settings → Account → Restore Purchases.
- My receipts aren't scanning correctly. Make sure the receipt is well-lit, flat, and the entire receipt is in frame. If a specific receipt fails repeatedly, attach a photo to your support email and we'll investigate.
Reporting a security issue
If you've found a security vulnerability, please email support@picotally.com with the subject line "Security" so we can prioritise it. We treat security reports confidentially and aim to acknowledge within 24 hours.
